Background

Employee disengagement and high attrition rates are persistent challenges for organizations. ENGAGE was built to address this by applying gamification principles to internal workplace tools, making engagement measurable and intrinsically motivated rather than externally mandated.

Solution

ENGAGE is a platform that gamifies workplace participation — tracking contributions, rewarding consistent engagement, and surfacing retention risk signals before they become departures. The solution was presented at the Accenture × BINUS Semarang "From Pitch to Profits!" competition, where it won the Best Presenter award.
